terms of service · last updated 30 August 2026

The deal, in plain English

This is the agreement between you and HomeAuto Solutions Pte Ltd (UEN 202014984H, Singapore — "we") for the llm-host-guard fleet service at fleet.homeauto.sg ("the service"). By creating a team or sending reports to it, you agree to this.

1. What the service is

A dashboard and alerting service that receives security reports from machines running the open-source llm-host-guard tool, stores them, and shows them to the admins of your team. The tool itself is separate, MIT-licensed, and covered by its own licence, not by these terms.

2. Your account and team

You sign in with an email address you control. One team per account in this version. You are responsible for who you give the enrol key to: any machine with the key can report into your team. Rotate the key from Settings if it leaks.

3. What you may and may not do

You may enrol machines you own or are authorised to manage. You may not enrol machines you have no right to monitor, use the service to attack or probe systems that aren't yours, try to access other teams' data, overload the service, or resell it without our written agreement. We may suspend a team that does any of these.

4. Free plan and paid plans

The free plan covers up to 3 machines; extra machines are stored but not shown or alerted on until you upgrade. Paid plans, when offered, are billed per machine per month; prices and terms will be shown before you pay, and you can cancel any time — the paid features stop at the end of the period you've paid for. During the beta there is no charge.

5. Your data

Reports are yours. We store them to run the service and delete them on the schedule in the privacy page (full reports 90 days, then one score per day). We don't sell or share them. Deleting a host or your team deletes its data. Alerts you route to Telegram, Slack or a webhook are sent to that third party under their terms.

6. What we promise, and what we don't

We work to keep the service running and accurate, but it is provided "as is". It is a monitoring tool: it reports what the guard found and suggests fixes. It does not make a machine secure by itself, it can miss things, and it can be wrong. You stay responsible for your machines and for deciding what to change on them. To the extent Singapore law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (zero during the free beta).

7. Beta

The service is in beta. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn with short notice. We'll email the address on your account before anything that affects your data.

8. Ending this

You can stop any time: delete your team in Settings, or just stop sending reports. We can end or suspend the service for a team that breaks section 3, or with 30 days' notice for any reason; in that case you can export your data first.

9. Changes and law

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. Singapore law governs; Singapore courts have jurisdiction. Contact: legal@homeauto.sg.
